Optum ruined this practice. After giving them an opportunity after a few yeas, I am switching providers. Don’t waste your time, because Optum has no problem wasting yours.
Horrible ever since it transitioned to Optum. I’ll be finding another provider - been trying to get a form signed for over 3 weeks for my daughters speech therapy- they need her primary care doctor to sign off on plan of care. 2 weeks of faxing form to get reply of nope never received it. So at the suggestion of front desk, I hand carried form. After waiting a couple days I called and they can’t seem to tell me if they have the form. Waited 1 hour in lobby to be seen at 9 am. Happens EVERY time. Time for me to look for a new office.
I was a long time patron (decades) at Warner Family Practice and had started going there in the late 90's at their old location. My PCP was Mike Hutson. Mike retired and I was moved to Paul Borgeson. I had a lithotripsy procedure done which didn't go good and was causing daily nausea that went on for months. I was also have mental issues. I made an appointment to go in and see Paul.
