I had an appointment with Jodi Novak, DO today for extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, productive cough and medication refills. She did a brief physical exam which included auscultation of the lungs. She advised me to take no further action and that "everything will go away on its own." Do not visit this practice!!! Front office is completely incompetent and billing department is unresponsive. Been dealing with a billing issue and have called five times and emailed with the promise of a return call 3-5 business days and crickets. Save yourself the headache and go to Honor Health across the way! Love the front staff and the nurse! However the physician I saw was terrible. No personality, no bed side manner, everything I had concerns about was quickly dismissed. The doctor truly acted like I was wasting her time.
I’ve seen Dr Grabinski at the Scottsdale location, and she’s fantastic. See her.
