My husband and I each visited Optum Primary Care this week. Blue Cross changed our primary care doctors. We are impressed with all the friendliness and competence of the Optum office staff. Our questions were answered and our prescriptions ordered and processed efficiently by Katherine. Dr. Novak and PA Benson Chyr provided excellent service during our visits.
