Used to be a great practice before Optum took over. I gave it a chance but a revolving door of Dr's and lack of care has ruined it. I was ordered a stress test, after three phone calls and 5 months later, still no results. Dr attempted to remove a medication without obviously reading my chart or he would have known why I needed to stay on it. Staff is great but otherwise very lacking in quality care. I will not be returning.
Follow up is tough to get
I completely agree with the other reviewer. The people are wonderful, however their system is totally wonky. I came and saw a doctor on June 7th and they said they’d be sending in my refills, here now a month and a half later, and after repeatedly calling them and having them tell me someone would call me back and they NEVER did. So I call them again and NOW they tell me that before they do my refills I have to go in for a “meds assessment.” My question is, why didn’t he talk or “assess” them when I was in their office? There used to be good doctors here; no more. The front staff are still lovely people. However, they now have quack "practioners" who will ignore your concerns. I will never go back. Buyer beware.
Well what do you expect and get when the corporate bank goes into healthcare. My two providers have left fed up with the machine. Good luck with quality healthcare fellow citizens.
