Pleasant experience all around. I just don't like My Chart making appointments for me without my consent. I prefer to make my next appointment after my last appointment at the office.
Wow, I am blown away by the professionals at this facility!! The gal at the front desk was so kind and helpful getting me checked in. Sarah, my MA was so helpful and kind getting my vitals and gathering what I was there for. Riley the NP listened attentively, gave me a path forward and multiple referrals to find out what can be going on and help me. Even the gal that checked me out was kind. If I did not have great like and respect for Dr. Harry Gale, I would have left this practice a while ago. Patients are encouraged to use the practice for lab work, but when I arrived today for blood work and turned in my orders, I was not I formed of any delay. 1/2 hour and approaching an appointment time elsewhere, I went to the counter. Already there was a lab customer who had been sitting 50 minutes from the purported lab opening with no communication.
