Communication with this place is bad. Doctors and staff are obviously not happy here. A nurse tried to tell me that I had too many questions. I had 3. My physical was just a placebo. Getting my lab results was a whole ordeal that meant that I needed another appointment which is ridiculous. Reception acted upset. They were unhelpful. I just called, I was trying to get my daughter established care. The gentleman said that I need to hang up the phone call the insurance to see if he can get her scheduled for another wellness check I advise him we were from out of state and we have to establish new care. After reading the reviews I decided to go elsewhere it was very alarming because of the fact that I felt as though he just did not want to do any type of work I also waited on hold for about 15 minutes
Today I had an appointment with Dr. Lee. I explained to that I was experiencing signs of a sinus infection. Pounding headache, eyes closing, head congestion, sore throat and body aches.He said that it was too early to prescribe me an antibiotic of which I told him I know it’s going to develop quickly into a full out sinus infection. Our family of six has been with this practice for over 23 years. Earlier this year I went in after experiencing headaches for two weeks straight and was asked if I’d like to take a flu and COVID test, which I agreed to in order to rule out any possible causes. When I received my bill, I was shocked to see a $436 charge for the COVID test.
