Michelle Bliley PA blew me away today in the best way! It was my first visit to this office. Michelle carefully reviewed all my own old records and caught a significant health problem that my former provider had missed. I’m so grateful for her attention to detail! Highly recommend! Hopefully the office is able to ditch the face masks soon. I almost didn’t go through with the appointment when I realized they were mandatory, but I’m glad I stayed.
So far, I am very happy with my healthcare/primary here- very thorough,organized, patient with questions/concerns, very knowledgeable, coordinates xrays/MRIs efficiently, addresses needs in a timely manner, get in for appts in a timely manner Office is clean, calm, quiet. Wifi. The staff answering phones could be a little more polite & a little more ‘user friendly’. I can’t say enough good things about PA Michelle Bliley and the rest of the staff at the Fall Creek Optum location. They were able to get me scheduled within a few days at a time convenient for me. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful before during and after. I had gone hoping for a referral to a specialist for an issue I have been dealing with for about 7 years (which I got) but because Michelle Bliley took the time to ask questions, and thoroughly examine me and my history, she was able to point out some ot... read more
Whoever was working front desk at 11:15 AM on 4/10/24 answered the phone and when I told her I was a new patient she said she’d have to put me on hold and left me on hold for 15 straight minutes until I hung up.. I’m in pain and trying to see a doctor, why would you do this?
