Horrible doctor and staff! 96 y/o woman was DENIED care that THEY ordered! 96 y/o woman had to go to ER for care. Worst of the worst! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I just left Dr Casanova's office. She has to be without a doubt the rudest person I've ever met. She comes in and never introduces herself. Sets down and starts drilling me with with questions in a manner that made me feel like I was intruding on her day. I told her I can get another doctor if you want. She said that would be fine that obviously she wasn't the doctor for me. Her office people were great

My father was a patient at this location. He switched doctors recently due to the lack of care. He has diabetes and on every appointment with the doctor she never checked his feet or legs. She would just say blood work is good see you in 4 months. They have a sign in the rooms saying if you're diabetic please take off your shoes but would never ask my dad to remove his. He also complained about his hip and knees. They set up an x-rays only of his hip and called him and said it's arthritis just take aspirin. We switched docto... read more
