Really disappointed that they’ve switched over to the “call center” model, and you can’t call the office and speak to the front desk or a nurse. When I just tried to call to follow up about an earlier call that was never returned, I had to follow several prompts and then got an automated messages saying that “Mondays are high call volume days” and to call back a different day if possible, and then there was a wait to speak with someone. This review is so long overdue - all of the doctors here are fantastic and go above and beyond for their patients! On two different occasions they have stayed open for me: when my daughter was a newborn Dr. Lanzillotta kept the office open later on a Saturday to make we were seen promptly, and then Dr. Fleischer stayed open past hours a few years later on a Friday night (with Dr. Jose) to properly care for my daughter again. I didn't feel rushed out or like they were bothered by the fact that they were supposed to be closed!... read more
