This office did not inform me about my child’s hemangioma, instead I was misled that it was a scratch on their face and they said I should do a better job at keeping my baby’s nails short but it is a vascular birthmark that is rapidly growing. If I was better informed by these pediatricians I would have been able to get a pediatric dermatology appointment this year for treatment but I am unable to get an appointment with a with a doctor who specializes in infantile hemangioma until March 2027.
Outdated advice. They discouraged us from doing tummy time with our newborn baby as soon as possible and instead recommended starting at two months old. However, this office also claims to follow guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) BUT on the AAP website it is recommended that a newborn begin tummy time as soon as possible. The scheduling staff make this office very unpleasant. We will never understand why people who hate people choose to work directly with people. Consider exploring different pediatricians. *Also this office does not sanitize throughout the day. When we were there with our healthy baby, a mother let us know that her child was sick with hand-foot-mouth disease and believed that her child got it from the waiting room a week prior. Dr. Jamie Lanziollotta is top notch the best pediatrician around. She truly cares about her patients and makes sure to cover everything with you during visit.
The care at this practice is above and beyond excellent! All of the doctors here are top notch - my 3 children and I have had amazing care from Dr. Lanzilotta, Dr. Jose, and Dr. Fleischer. They get back to us right away through the portal and have helped with so many situations. Recently, we had a personal emergency and Dr. Fleischer was an absolute ANGEL!
