We have been bringing our three children to see Dr. Parikh for over 10 years now and we absolutely love her! She listens when we ask questions, gives good medical guidance and has a stern but friendly bedside manner. Recently I have also had several interactions with a newer employee named Ali who works at the front desk and he is such a welcome addition to this office! I’ve been coming to Optum/Riverside for about 18 years now and I love love love Dr Ben and Dr Parikh. Today I met with a new face at the front desk named Ali and he went above and beyond to help me set up MyChart even walked me through download the parking app bc the machines were down. My baby has been having really bad allergies but I’m thankful they made him comfortable and it is alway a pleasure with them.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. After being parent of 3 patients for almost 19 years I have never been more disappointed and disgusted at the behavior of the pulmonologist office on 11 and Hudson and Clinton st office manager, who took it upon herself because I was having trouble doing an E check in to come from behind the desk and step directly in my face in the waiting room and scream at me about how I need to follow policy and tell me what I’m supposed to do making my child who was present uncomfortable and cry like if I was tryin... read more

Pediatricians are excellent. One front desk employee does not know what she is doing. Lost my appointment. Then booked my next appointment with the wrong time. Closes office early, posting sign on the door, but does not indicate early closing via phone.
