We’ve been bringing our newborn daughter here for the past month and have seen both Dr. Chemla and Dr. Kim. We’ve been very impressed with both doctors, the nurses, and the entire team. Everyone is caring, professional, and knowledgeable. We’re very happy parents and feel our daughter is in great hands. Highly recommend!

Now, I want to preface this by saying the drs here are fantastic. The issue is with the reception and the way the office is run. My son shoved a leaf in his year and while the office is open I have spent 30 min unable to speak to a human being at the office. How is this EVER acceptable? If I had an infant with an issue and was trying to speak to the dr, how on earth is it acceptable to not be able to speak to a human being at the practice? I should be able to reach my pediatrician in a timely manner in order to consult them ... read more

AVOID DR. CHEMLA. Seriously! On day two of my child’s fever, we saw Dr. Chemla—the only doctor with a next-day appointment. In hindsight, I can see why. After examining my child, instead of explaining what he thought might be wrong, he simply asked me, “What do you want to do?” I asked him to run whatever appropriate tests he could to rule things out. He ran only COVID and strep tests, both negative, and that was apparently the end of the investigation. No diagnosis, no medication, and no follow-up call. My child continued t... read more
