Dr. Vanessa Jorge is an caring and knowledgeable doctor and I would recomend her any time. Her office staff are very supportive and provides very good care. If the phones are busy, try again later.
The experience at the clinic has been, overall, very positive. The environment is comfortable and spacious, and both the doctors and nurses have always been attentive and professional. However, there is one aspect that I would like to see improved: the service. It is not always the warmest or most friendly, especially when greeting. I think a friendlier and more welcoming attitude could significantly improve the first impression that patients have, especially when they are very old people. Clean, modern, thorough. Everyone helpful and nice. Timely plus they do blood work there. Easy access, lots of parking.
Called to schedule an appointment was on hold, for 1 hour and 46 mins.... Still was #3 in line... I hung up. Finding a different provider. Also can't book appointments online. Unbelievable.
I can't reach anybody over the phone. I have to drive there instead the phone system is atrocious I am sooo discussed if you have a real problem don't go there
