Front desk staff very unprofessional. I had called the office this morning and the individual I spoke with was discourteous and unwilling to communicate professionally. As a new patient, I called simply to confirm the office address and to inform them that I would be running slightly late. Instead of being met with understanding or clarification, I was abruptly cut off and told my appointment would need to be rescheduled.
