Dr. Bethany was so amazing! I’ve never been to an orthopedic so when I needed on I wasn’t sure what to do but upon going to this facility it was so amazing! The staff was sooooooo amazingly friendly and helpful… I got seen quickly and Dr. Bethany was amazing!!!! Thank you so much
Let me first say that when I saw 5 stars, I thought “how is that possible when every person walking in that office is in pain?” Then I met the staff, doctors, and technicians here and it made perfect sense. I was in a pretty bad car accident last week and was referred to this practice by Huntington Optum UC up the street for further evaluation. From booking an appointment with the front desk, to having the opportunity to review my own x-rays with Bethany so I could better understand, to the multiple phone calls for prescript... read more
Lovely staff! Everyone was very welcoming. Dr.Bethany addressed all my concerns and was super sweet. Happy I chose this office.
Nice doctors, techs and staff, but I don't know what's the problem with the receptionist. Don't bother calling because she can't wait to get you off the phone. As medical help aren't you supposed to hear me out? Sure your busy, I get it, but just a touch of compassion wouldn't hurt. It's not just this place, pretty much all of the ProHealth centers in Huntington and south Huntington have awful receptionists.
