Went there a couple years ago after feeling my knee blow out.. was told to just strengthen my quad and gave me steroids. Turns out i had completely torn my ACL among other injuries w/knee. I needed surgery. Better care at the time i went would’ve helped a lot, rather than not helping at all.
My surgery at Optum Orthopedics was a disaster. The surgeon didn’t explain the risks, and now I’m dealing with complications that they refuse to acknowledge. The recovery process has been unbearable, and their lack of follow-up care is appalling. I regret ever choosing this facility.
I scheduled a consultation for a knee injury, but the staff was rude and dismissive from the start. The doctor barely examined me, rushed through the appointment, and misdiagnosed my condition. When I followed up, they ignored my calls. Unprofessional and careless treatment like this is unacceptable for a medical practice.
