Optum is a very clean & professional clinic. The waiting time is never very long and the place is comfortable. The reception staff are all friendly, helpful & professional. The nurses, PA, staff are all very helpful, friendly, caring & kind. The lab is clean & neat and the techs are friendly, experienced and caring.
