Front desk and billing department are the rudest I have ever encountered. I have been to several clinics in several states as a military wife, and this is the worst one. Unfortunately, other places don't take patients. We are stuck with this one.😔
I've never met more caring people than at this walk-in clinic in Marysville. Genuinely cared about my health and pain.
Update: It’s been almost a week since I emailed the Patient Experience team as requested by the admin below, and I have yet to receive a response back. This hasn’t been resolved in any way. I see that the admin on here responds to all the reviews, but that doesn’t mean anything if you don’t actually follow through. I visited the walk-in clinic for a pulled muscle February 10.
