I am writing to document my extremely disappointing experience with Optum, which exemplifies a pattern of poor patient care I've encountered across multiple departments. There has been an ongoing issue with Optum repeatedly rescheduling specialist appointments months out, then canceling due to sudden provider unavailability with no reasonable alternatives.
