I agree with other reviewers who said this feels like a corporate clinic. It seems many of the doctors, including pediatricians and urgent care providers, are instructed to quickly dismiss patients by saying, “It’s just a virus. Drink water and come back in 5–7 days if you’re still sick.” My child was seen at the Marysville location after a viral infection that turned into a sinus infection. I am writing to document my extremely disappointing experience with Optum, which exemplifies a pattern of poor patient care I've encountered across multiple departments.
