It was better when Dr Norah was still there, but now the phones are not answered and go to a busy signal(!!) after 8 rings. They billed the wrong insurance company for my visit 6 months ago and I'm just getting a bill now saying that I had no insurance. Which is BS.
Been trying to reach for weeks, I can never get a person to answer the phone. I have called in the morning, midday and afternoon. I will be looking for a new primary care.
