Worst worst wooooooorrrrrssssssttttttt place! And this facility just made whole Optum group look lousy. Out of all my life I had few new doctors moving around with new work. Out of them all Dr. Yi and this whole facility was the lousiest ever!!! Why do you even open up 4:10 pm appointment when yallllll dont want to take the patient??? Great service
I was patient of Dr yi I try make appointment with the doctor because I explained to them my situation, my right ear love of hearing I cannot hear nothing. I told him let me speak to the nurse of the office, then not let me connect to it then I try to refill the prescription that has a computer down to three days and I can’t even refill them my medication.
