Worst worst wooooooorrrrrssssssttttttt place! And this facility just made whole Optum group look lousy. Out of all my life I had few new doctors moving around with new work. Out of them all Dr. Yi and this whole facility was the lousiest ever!!! Why do you even open up 4:10 pm appointment when yallllll dont want to take the patient??? The appointment was clearly getting blood drawn for the lab and reference note for x-ray. The nurse told me we dont draw blood after 4... huh?!?!
