I was patient of Dr yi I try make appointment with the doctor because I explained to them my situation, my right ear love of hearing I cannot hear nothing. I told him let me speak to the nurse of the office, then not let me connect to it then I try to refill the prescription that has a computer down to three days and I can’t even refill them my medication. I was very disappointed with the care I received from Dr. Yi. She showed little empathy or concern during the visit, which felt more like an interrogation than a consultation. As a kidney transplant patient who relies on a complex medication regimen, I expected a more understanding and supportive approach.
