Es el mejor lugar que encontré para llevar a mi hijo! El doctor Wilson delgado es un gran doctor! Muy compresible y escucha todas las inquietudes! Siempre fue muy cuidadoso con todo los procedimientos que se le han realizado a mi hijo!
La peor experiencia, Optum es un desastre de empresa, me tuvieron ahí esperando 40 minutos dentro de la habitación, hasta el punto que me fui. Pésimo servicio, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
Sé que los demás opinan lo mismo, llevamos mis niños y nos dan la cita y hay q esperar dos horas asta tres horas, y luego si les a las por qué dan la cita y luego no te atienden la hora exsacta y se enojan son bien trompudas las trabajadoras, ah pero para cobrarle al seguro de los niños si son buenos
Te dan horario para la cita y cuando estás allí hay que esperar 3 horas más porque hay 1 solo doctor. El servicio telefónico súper malo, difícil de contactar y que atiendan. No voy más.
