My experience at this Optum has been extremely disappointing. Despite having a scheduled appointment, the wait times are unreasonably long, with patients left sitting for far too long without any updates. What makes it worse is the behavior of the staff instead of focusing on their patients, they spend most of their time gossiping, laughing, and ignoring the people who are actually there for medical care. No one ever picks up the phone at this office. They continue to overcharge me just to get rejected by my insurance. " hey doc i need work done for x specific reason" Billed $305.00 for a 1 min conversation. This office claimed to have followed up and called me when they didn't. Bye Felicia
When giving a time to come your in a room for almost an hour or 2 They need to improve the appointment scheduling if you were said to come for an appointment you should be seeing the time of your appointment not sitting in a room for two hours
