Facility at this address is very disorganized. My providers are great but the procedures for standing 6’ away from the person in front of you in a long line just to check in is frustrating and is NOT working. Everything on the second floor of this facility hinders those in wheelchairs or with other disabilities. The same doors for entering and exiting are not wide enough to accommodate these patients.
I'll give them a star just because I've never had any major incidents, but I'll be real: this place is a mess otherwise. - I've had no positive experiences with their doctors. Everything ranging from telling me my heart will explode from my recent COVID booster to lackadaisical checkups where I HAD TO ask if blood work needed to be checked. I had my appointment last January, 9 months later my script still has not been sent to my pharmacy, I call every day and get no answer or return call. Dr. Madison Koester.
We called in the morning with serious concerns. Left our phone number. After two hours, called back, and waited on hold. Gave up after 30 min. No one ever called back, the whole day. We didn't have to go to the E.R. in the end, but this is so bad.
