The reception and office staff are fairly unprofessional. Be prepared for chaos.Â
Dr. Magnaye is the best doctor I've ever had! Funny, warm, and helpful -- he even draws pictures to help you better understand what' going on :) Highly recommend him!Â
Dr. Basinger truly is the best!Â
Elevators take forever & there's always a line of people waiting. give yourself an extra 10 mins to get upstairs to the doctors. Then take the stairs down to avoid another long wait after your appt.Â

The receptionists are the worst I've ever encountered.Â
The phone messages fall into the black hole of Calcutta you need to be vigilant . I think they do this on purpose to force a paying office visit!!!Â
