Dr. Phyllis Kwok, MD responsible for false claims and falsely billing patients for no services rendered. My debit card was also hacked and funds drained after my single visit

Always come prepared for a wait. You never get in at the time of your appt. If you wait less than 45 mins then it's a miracle bc the wait is usually 45 mins to over an hour! So annoying ESP when sick
The online patient portal helps facilitate routine requests (eg refills, appointments) and cuts down interaction w overtaxed staff. Highly recommend dr liana Barkan - great internist/general pract
