I recently needed to update my policy and the agent was very helpful. He guided me through the process, helped me adjust my coverage and answered all my questions in a clear and concise way. Very impressed
The online payment portal can't find account info with the account id listed on the bill, had to call and wait on line to take care of this issue. And it's still NOT resolved after the call. Since the online portal can't retrieve account info, wasn't dare to use phone call to pay.
