Sat. June 22, 2025. Afternoon. Feeling awful I thought I should get an antibiotic and I went to this Urgent care. I told the girl at the counter I had laryngitis. She couldn’t get my cc to work because she was sliding it very slowly. I would have told her to swipe it faster but with no voice it was easier to give her other cc’s and fortunately the chip worked. Daphney Joseph, PA and Hiromi Takano, DO were very attentive. Good alternative to going to the emergency room. Reccomended if seeking urgent care.
Staff and Dr. were very professional and caring, very thorough, received care and medication presciptions very fast.
I was at this location yesterday, I arrived by 12:15. At the front desk, everybody was very professional and polite. They gave me a few forms to be filled out, mostly regarding financial responsibilities. After a short wait, I was called in by a nurse who proceeded to check blood pressure, weight, etc. The nurse was very professional and polite.
