Called my primary care provider office of 30+ years for an annual physical exam. The earliest they can book me is 5 months out even with PPO. Unbelievable! Looking to change to a new clinic and parting way with my good doctor. Ever since Health Care Partners Medical Group was bought by Optum Medical Group, everything just went down hill. Worst experience ever terrible customer service ever i give this location 0 stars
This review is mainly about my experience these last 3 years with Optum and it's Urgent care also. First i had many appts cancelled because of the Covid stuff fine thats Ok past 3 years. When i finally got to see someone i felt that my situation was not taken seriously by the women doctors at Glemdora and lousy Urgent care also on grand ave.
