Awesome people
Optum's call center is the worst! I can never get through to the doctor with them they take forever to go through the preliminary before you can get to your main reason your calling and pharmacy can never get through to get approval for refills.
I love that my doctor is Dr. Patrick Alix. He is very knowledgable, thorough, caring and compassionate, which I assume he is with all of his patients. He listens well and offers relevant services in response to my health needs.
It takes months to see your doctor. Wasnt like this before Optum took over
Dr. Patrick Alix was patient with me and kind during my We'll Care visit. He even looked in my ears for wax build-up. Dr. Alix answered my questions & patiently explained again if needed. The visit was very great. Thank you.
