Attempted to call and schedule an appointment for specialist services at 4:14 when their office closes at 5:00 and they proceeded to pretend as if they couldn’t hear me and the phone was cutting out. Based on United Healthcare reviews, I wouldn’t recommend.
I loved this office and Dr. Aldana. Getting your very first appointment can take some time, but once you’re in the system all follow ups were easy and timely. Thank you to the staff at this office!
Their appointment system is horrible. Waste of time.
