I was actually running late for my appointment, and when I called ahead, they were super understanding and let me come in without any hassle or having to reschedule. Dr. Imtiaz herself is just incredibly kind and patient, and her staff, especially Liz, was awesome and made everything easy. It’s clear they really care about their patients. Definitely recommend them!”
This office has cost us our overseas assignment in the Air Force. They saw my child May 25 and we just got an appointment with a specialist Jan 26 (when we are supposed to leave next month) because this office has not been sending the documents to the specialist. My dad would physically go to their office to get the docs, scan it and send it to the specialist. I have at least a dozen calls to this office to follow up and there's always an excuse. The experience, with Sonaina Imtiaz Md, here has been hands down one of the worst medical experiences I have had. The appointment was in July 2025 and still in Oct 2025 I am still waiting for a follow-up regarding a prescription request that the Dr denied without a valid specific reason based on lab results.
