UPDATE: it is now a year later and I have been calling my grandmas clinic to schedule her an appointment. But THEY NEVER ANSWER CALLS. This is unbelievable. I will be switching my grandma's insurance. Original review : my grandma got assigned to this clinic through her Medicare insurance and always complains about the front office staff not answering her calls and not being helpful. The phone rings & rings with no answer. On Friday’s no one answers.
My grandma got assigned to this clinic through her Medicare insurance and always complains about the front office staff not answering her calls and nkt being helpful. They have handed her the wrong paperwork twice already. One that said she had a mass and was scheduled for surgery and now some discharge paperwork for another patient (definitely a breach of patient confidentiality since it lists these individuals' names, DOB, MRN and phone numbers).
