Optum East is a well oiled machine - everyone is pleasant at front desk - and within the physician's treatment rooms.
Optum East an excellent care facility. There are bugs to workout such as communication issues but all in all serviceable. The absolute best part is my provider Dr Matthew Moore. He and I go back several years, nearly a decade by now. We hit it off from day one and I haven't got a single issue to complain of. He saved my life with his discovery of my heart condition. His MAs Robbie and Brittney are both great in their roles. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. An outstanding Dr and crew!
