Stay as far away as possible with this crew. 5 years ago I was not impressed with this place. My doctor set up an appointment and they are in the process of moving and the doctor was not at that location for my pre-appointment. 4 days into doing the prep they call me and tell me I need to reschedule. Then I found out they overbooked. They acted like it was no big deal I would hate to see how many people they do this too.
Very prompt in diagnosis. Excellent Dr coordination.
Staff from front desk to discharge nurse all very nice people. Explained everything throughly on what I was to expect, spoke to the doctor right before going under nice lady. Was very simple and easy process.
I was quite nervous to have my first colonoscopy but, the staff was very friendly and quickly put me at ease. If you're having reservations don't, they are professionals and will take great care of you.
Waited a month for my colonoscopy appointment only to be called a few days prior by their billing person who told me I have to pay $1200 for my procedure if they found anything. I told them that I didn’t ever have to pay and that my insurance covers everything. They said I either had to pay or they would cancel my appointment. They cancelled it.
