We waited an hour after appointment time just to be told that he's going to check on a walk in "quickly" well that "quickly" turned into another 25 minutes. The Dr. is nice and chatty but a bit impatient with eye skiddish children. He was also honest. So you lose some, you win some.
We have been using Dr. John Rabins Ph.D., O.D. As our optometrist for several years now, he and his staff have always been very professional and very through.Yet they are very fair in their pricing. They have never have tried to sell us something, we didn't want or need. If he dose an eye exam you be sure it is extremely accurate. (IE: Right On you condition) Yes we recommend Dr Rabins and his staff very highly and of course we recommend him high on our list. David J

I really don't think you'll find a more professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough eye exam and team in this city! I highly recommend you check out OPTOM-EYES if you're looking for an eye doctor or are frustrated with the one you currently have! You won't regret it!!
It becomes apparent on the first visit that the staff has more of a family vibe. They seem happy to work for Dr Rabins and that speaks volumes about him. He was thorough and I never felt rushed. I've had the wrong prescription before because another optometrist kept leaving me to go back to his 10 other patients booked at the same time. This office is more quant. The entry way is an atrium. It's pleasant all around. And my contacts were 20% cheaper than online prices. Based off of one search
