I have been a patient at Dr. So's office for over 10 years. My prescription has hardly worsened during this time thanks to Dr. So's expertise. He takes time to listen to your needs, concerns, and your lifestyle to deliver the appropriate vision care. The office staff is also amazing. Went to America's Best contacts and Sunglasses for my glasses repair, one of the screw is lost, they could not repair even a simple screw, told me my frames is broken. Took mine to Dr. So Optometry in Upland, Philip repaired it and even replaced all new nose pads on both eyeglasses in a breeze. He is knowledgeable and very attentive. 110% happy and satisfied. :) Thank you, Philip
My husband and i have been patients since 2019, and I even referred a friend who was very pleased with the Dr. On my last appointment, though, I felt rushed by the male staff (Phillip, i believe is his name) and made a comment that I can't renew my glasses until after 2 years anyway. I started going there about 2.5 years ago. Dr So was great but have received terrible service by a male employee (Phillip? Don’t remember his name). The last 2 times I’ve been in, he has been condescending and rude. To the point that instead of assisting me, he told me I could go somewhere else to get glasses. I will no longer go there.
