The team at Optometric images was EXCELLENT starting from checkin to the exam with Dr Ozaki to the selection of glasses. They explained to me in detail about all the tests, glasses, lenses, insurance plan coverage..etc. Now i have taken appointments for my entire family.

I was very pleased with my experience from the greetings from Veronica and Paul, the procedures (Paul was very informative each step if the way!), meeting Dr. Ozaki, my examinations and the time taken by Paul for my new frames!
