Most of the office staff is nice. My complaint is with the staff who order the contacts and glasses. They treated me like I was stupid like I don’t know my insurance. They are rude and stuck up. I won’t be back. It’s a shame because the doctor was very nice and professional. But the office staff...that’s another story.
