After being with a different eye doctor for almost 20 years. I had to switch. I found this great place less than a mile from my home. The inside is stunning. Everyone is attentive. The receptionist are kind and sweet and funny. The eye doctor assistant is adorable. The eye doctor himself, Mr. Rodriguez was welcoming, fun ,positive and all around just a great guy. The optometrist who checked me out and helped me pick frames make sure she ordered the ones I wanted was amazing as well. I never had so much fun at an eye doctor!
Dr Wiggins is the most professional and knowledgeable doctor that I know. And, she deeply cares for her patients.
My review is regarding Dr. Depner, only. I am not speaking about the rest of the staff here. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully by a doctor in my life. He laughed in my face and essentially told me I asked too many questions. He did not listen to me or my concerns. He told me he did not have time to give me an optics lesson instead of hearing what I was saying and trying to help me. I will NEVER go back to him. This is the only place I take my family
Went in to switch brands of contacts, the doctor gave me trials and wanted me to purchase a supply of contacts the same day. When I called and said the contacts did not fit properly they said it would be over a month before the doctor can see me again. This office was more focused on making a sale than getting me in correct lenses.
