My review is regarding Dr. Depner, only. I am not speaking about the rest of the staff here. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully by a doctor in my life. He laughed in my face and essentially told me I asked too many questions. He did not listen to me or my concerns. He told me he did not have time to give me an optics lesson instead of hearing what I was saying and trying to help me. I will NEVER go back to him. This is the only place I take my family
Went in to switch brands of contacts, the doctor gave me trials and wanted me to purchase a supply of contacts the same day. When I called and said the contacts did not fit properly they said it would be over a month before the doctor can see me again. This office was more focused on making a sale than getting me in correct lenses.
Dr. Depner is the man!! I've been wanting to post this review for a while so I apologize for the lateness of it but Dr. Depner has been my go to with emergency eye care needs I live in west virginia now but in my line of work I'm usually getting something in my eye from time to time !! Without fail this facility makes themselves available to me !! Thank you for taking care of me Dr. Depner and staff, I will travel to always seek your care no matter how many states away thanks again
Dr. Wiggins is an expert at her craft. I struggle with allergies, dry eyes, contact lens discomfort, and headaches. Dr. Wiggins immediately diagnosed my condition, prescribed drops that resolved my discomfort with the first use, and gave me new contacts that don’t even feel like I’m wearing them. Her staff is friendly, patient, and helpful. I’m very thankful for her expertise and compassion.
