I like the fact that they do not pressure you when picking out frames and you get a text when your glasses are ready or to confirm your appointment. Nobody likes a million automated calls so thank you Optom-Eyes for not having that system. They are open on Saturdays so that is a plus for all of us working people who can not take time off work during the week. All and all it was a positive experience for my family!

Very unprofessional, receptionist practically called me a liar, she said my number was the wrong number. Same number I have since 10 years or so, I even received their text telling I’m due for my eye exam. They just lost me as a customer. 😡
