RecommendedThe staff is friendly and very efficient
Staff and Dr were friendly and professional. I like the fact that they do not pressure you when picking out frames and you get a text when your glasses are ready or to confirm your appointment. Nobody likes a million automated calls so thank you Optom-Eyes for not having that system. They are open on Saturdays so that is a plus for all of us working people who can not take time off work during the week. All and all it was a positive experience for my family!
Very unprofessional, receptionist practically called me a liar, she said my number was the wrong number. Same number I have since 10 years or so, I even received their text telling I’m due for my eye exam. They just lost me as a customer. 😡
Excellent service! The staff is friendly and helpful and I always have a great experience with Dr May Tam.
1st sales rep said he would tighten my glasses but not buff them & didn't bother to even clean them. In swooped Karla a lovely sales rep who not only buffed, cleaned and retightened my glasses for me, but did it with a smile (Karla had done this service for me in the past). I decided to buy new frames from her because of her great personality and wonderful customer service. I was about to take my business elsewhere if not for her.
Check in and exam were awesome . Very little effort to help me pick my new glasses very disappointed
Thorough, professional, helpful
The salesreps are not really interested in helping when they won't be making a major sale🤑. One salesrep just left & never came back. Another salesperson implied maybe it wasn't possible to get order corrected--need better training. Salesperson shouldn't blame customer for returns 🙄
