I had a great experience getting my eyes checked and contacts ordered yesterday with Dr. Steve Beck and everyone at Optix. My contact lenses fit well and are very comfortable. Dr. Beck took the time to make sure that my eyes were healthy, happy, and corrected to work well together. I see 20/15 with my contacts! Thanks Dr. Beck!
I am so glad that I found this place and decided to schedule my eye exam with them. Dr. Steve Beck has been nothing short of amazing! He is very knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating...just an all-around excellent doctor. He spent extensive time with me discussing corrective eye surgery that I was interested in having and educating me on the various procedures. Had a great appointment yesterday with Dr. Stacey Beck. She took the time to listen to my concerns. Been going to both of them for a long time.
I was really impressed with Optix. I was taken back quickly after filing out my paperwork and then blown away by the technology. My 13 year old daughter and I both had appointments. They did a great job teaching her how to put contacts in - very patient. Not sure why the other lady had so many bad things to say about how they are with teens. Thanks for the great experience Opitx!
All the staff are friendly and helpful. They take the time to "get it right." My concerns were taken seriously and staff went the extra mile to address and correct them. I would recommend anyone who does not have an optometrist to go to Optix Optometry. They really care!
