Very pleasant staff but unfortunately the customer service is lacking. Took over month to get frames due to lab error. Didn't like frames and attempted to return them in less than one week from receiving. Spoke to multiple employees and no one was aware of issues, as if conversations weren't documented. Proceeded to attempt to get contacts and during exam listened to eye doctor talk bad about me to staff. Finally gave up and had to go to competitor to have new eye exam and obtain new frames.
