Last week while traveling, my luggage was accidentally taken by someone on Amtrak. My contacts & glasses were the most important thing in my bag. In a panic, I called Evan at Optix. Within minutes he contacted a local Eyeglass store 3 miles from my hotel, faxed them my prescription, and arranged for a pack of 10 contacts. For two days I had a minor problem with my left eye, and Optix Family Eyecare promptly gave me an appointment with their doctor who helped me to quickly resolve the issue. In addition to which, they checked my eyes for glaucoma and gave me a vision test. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and consideration. I will definitely be using Optix Family Eyecare for any and all of my eyecare needs in the future.
Took 2 eye exams and twice to remake my glasses..... went to a real eye dr and found out that I never needed new glasses ..... my eyes haven't changed in 2 years.... they tried to push an unnecessary change in prescription on me..... BE VERY careful!!!!!!
Great experience all around, was having serious eye issues and they were there to put me back together accommodating to my schedule and always having a smile. Would 100% recommend them to all friends and family
I have been using for years but recently Optix found the latest technology that allowed me to see better than when I first got glasses in 1991!
