I have been a customer of Optix for well over a decade and have been pleased with the continuity of care when Dr. Habib took over the practice a few years ago. He and his staff are patient and take the time to hear and understand the needs and concerns of their patients. Their diagnostic equipment is always state of the art and they invest a lot of time staying current with the latest improvements in corrective lens products.
Optix team went above and beyond in helping me get my glasses. I lost my glasses and was looking to replace the glasses with the same model with a quick turnaround for an upcoming trip. Shakera arranged for newly made glasses on a temporary frame borrowed from their sales representative to get me out on the way while the frames i ordered were pending delivery. She made sure to follow unit the lab to ensure my glasses arrive before my travel. Five stars all the way!!
Been going to Optix for almost 10 years now. Always have had great treatment, recommendations, and service. They have the best selection of glasses in town and really help you pick the best frames for your face.
Dr. Habib and his staff are a wonderful group of folks helping me find a solution to a difficult eye sight situation.
