I have never had a better experience at an eye doctor than I did today with this place! They are professional, attentive, respectful, and so nice. I will definitely be returning!
Visiting Optix was the best experience I have ever had at the optometrist's. Monica was my sweet and efficient tech, and she took me thru all the testing on clean and state of the art devices. Dr. Hatton has such impressive skills/knowledge, and I actually really enjoyed the consultation; she made it fun with her fantastic personality and explaining what was on "Star Wars" type images of my eyes. Highly recommend!!!
Could not get my prescription right. I went there about 5 times in 4 months and still wrong. So I went elsewhere. I wasted my money and have nothing to show for it. A terrible disappointment.
