I wanted to share my disappointment with the service I received. I paid close to $600 to have two cars detailed, and the quality did not match the price at all. I had to point out multiple areas that were missed, including the trunk jambs and vacuuming inside the center console, wiping exhaust pipes, pulling down and wiping the center console. Some parts of the jambs were left dirty bc they "couldn't be reached" but they are visible and a long brush or steam shot could. In my Tucson, the media console was not treated at all.... read more

OptiShine did an outstanding job detailing my car today. The two technicians took their time inspecting the vehicle upfront, walked me through exactly what they planned to do, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Their attention to detail was obvious, and you could tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work. Afterward, they had me do a full inspection to ensure everything was perfect. Truly professional, thorough, and customer-focused. Highly recommend OptiShine!

Optishine did an amazing job on my Porsche GT3 RS. I have them come out every few weeks to maintain and keep my investment dialed in. If you are looking to get your vehicle detailed and ceramic coated I would recommend the team at Optishine all day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They are priced fairly and scheduling is super easy! I'm a regular customer of Nick's with OptiShine. His customer service is the best! My used, old Honda CRV looks like new when he is done with my detail. Easy to schedule, on time, reliable service and pricing that's worth what you get! Highly recommend - 10/10.

Nick and Isidor did a great job! Can’t say enough, they were courteous and professional. They kept me updated on arrival time, job completion, etc. They did a great job on the exterior detail! Very Happy
