I wanted to share my disappointment with the service I received. I paid close to $600 to have two cars detailed, and the quality did not match the price at all. I had to point out multiple areas that were missed, including the trunk jambs and vacuuming inside the center console, wiping exhaust pipes, pulling down and wiping the center console. Some parts of the jambs were left dirty bc they "couldn't be reached" but they are visible and a long brush or steam shot could. In my Tucson, the media console was not treated at all.... read more

OptiShine did an outstanding job detailing my car today. The two technicians took their time inspecting the vehicle upfront, walked me through exactly what they planned to do, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Their attention to detail was obvious, and you could tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work. Afterward, they had me do a full inspection to ensure everything was perfect. Truly professional, thorough, and customer-focused. Highly recommend OptiShine!

Daniel did an amazing job! I don't think my Kia Soul had ever had a proper wash in 4 years. The interior and exterior look showroom new. Highly recommended!

I'm a regular customer of Nick's with OptiShine. His customer service is the best! My used, old Honda CRV looks like new when he is done with my detail. Easy to schedule, on time, reliable service and pricing that's worth what you get! Highly recommend - 10/10.

Nick and the OptiShine team did a great job with my car. Nick was very communicative day of, they were on time and finished quickly but having done a quality job. Nick was also helpful explaining some other services that I’ll be following up to do with them.
