The optician I saw at Optique was great. The staff as well and my glasses were ready within 10 days. However, when I went to pick up the glasses, the lenses were falling out because a screw was missing. I was asked if I brought them in that way (they were brand new frames that I already owned) and then they suggested that I go to a glasses repair shop and see if they could be repaired.
