I am glad that I get to see Dr. Butterfield, Lora, and Kelly. They all make me feel at ease.
Great staff, fast process, PA-C Kellie Earl is very professional and helpful, as well as all the staff.
I have been going to Options Medical for 7 years now. My children also receive their care there. I have seen staff come and go, and they are all friendly and professional. The physician assistants have all been wonderful, and they listen to what I have to say about my own health, and my children's health. Dr. Butterfield is kind and a gentleman. I never feel judged when new health issues come up. Thank you, Options Medical, for taking care of me and my family.
I see Kellie I love how she sits there and listens and the front office staff is amazing I absolutely love Options medical!
Dr Butterfield is truly one of the greats. The staff really cares about the person....not just seeing how quickly they can move you in and out and moving on to the next patient. Dr Butterfield please never let your PA Crystal leave. She's a breath of fresh air. I always leave feeling as if someone really cares about Me!
If you want a practice that cares about you and your health - this is the one!! Dr. Butterfield and Nicky are awesome; the reception staff are nice (yes, nice - as if they like where they work); and a Sonora Lab in the same office so you don't have to find time to go have your labs done. My husband and I are truly blessed to have found this practice.
