RecommendedI met Options Managers randomly one day at a store and they seemed really passionate about what they do. I knew my best friend (who lives out of town and away from her mom) was struggling with care for her mom so I recommended them. They set up an appointment and began seeing her weekly. I am friends with managers at Options so I thought to recommend them when a situation presented itself. A childhood friend of mine and I were catching up and she mentioned her family had experienced some private duty home care agencies that were pretty terrible. I have had Options helping my mom at hone for a few years. They are there 2-3 times a week for shorter shifts. I love that they have no minimums so they go for as little time as I need or as long as I need. I live out of town so having a company there to be my eyes and ears when I need them is awesome. The office is responsive and we love our caregiver; she does an awesome job. I recommend Options to any other out of town kids needing extra eyes on their parent(s)!
I was an Executive Director of a large healthcare facility for many years. I used Options for all of my residents in need of timely, dependable, reliable, and caring 1:1 care. The managers were present and their follow up with any concerns or questions was impeccable. I highly recommend Options to anyone looking for private duty home care.
