I am very pleased with my stairlift chair. It has given me the freedom to get into my basement and remain independent. I no longer fear falling down my steps and hurting myself physically. The installation went smoothly and the installer was kind and thorough. I was happy to deal with a family owned business. We recently had a Harmar stairlift installed by ***** of Options HME. We couldnt be more pleased with it! So easy to operate, takes up actually less space than we anticipated and our whole experience with this company has been nothing less than perfect! I had such a good feeling speaking with ***, and his son *****, when they came to tell me about their stair lifts. They made me feel like they were family. The price was so reasonable that I was amazed - as it was cheaper than an estimate I got 4 years ago from another Company. The process of measuring, purchasing and installation of our chair lift from Options HME Stair Lifts was a professional and easy experience. **************** was great. I was hospitalized when the lift was installed and realized when I got home that the chair height was too low. ***** came to my home the very day that I called and in just a few minutes had it adjusted. I would recommend them.
