We are very HAPPY with our chairlift. The technician was on time. He kept us informed during the process of installation. He gave us step by step instructions on how to use the chairlift and said to call anytime if we had any questions. Glad to hear you are enjoying your stair lift *****! Chair lift was purchased in October and installed in November. This was an amazing experience because I gained mobility back on my second level. Everything was great until approximately 3 weeks ago when i called and asked about their process to buy back this unit that was only used for 6 months. They quoted a buyback of $1,000 although I paid ***** just a short time before. This all makes sense as to why they didn't go into detail on price of a buy back. Weve only had the chairlift for a short time, but it works perfectly and we enjoy not walking up the steps anymore
