My 101 year old Mother was found on the floor breathing but unresponsive at six thirty in the morning after the aid provided by this company failed to show up for her shift at seven pm the night before. The excuse from Options was that they texted my daughter that evening that the aid didn't show up (this did not happen and we can prove it) and that they texted another aid to replace her and apparently didn't get a response and didn't bother to follow up with a call to be sure of coverage.
