Veronica and Lesly both are great counselors. For years, I’ve had a hard time managing my anger. But Veronica’s women empowerment group has given me a different outlook. I’m not easily angered or triggered as I used to be. I’m able to walk away.
The "Options Counseling Center" is exceptional, with the Director, Counseling team and Staff deliving on the hope of recovery. They bring a deep understanding and care to each person's needs. I say persons, and not clients or patients, because I was never made to feel like I was an insurance number. I just called spoke with a female not sure of her name but when I asked if I can make an appointment for Mental Health she said they do not do that there. Got my a lil upset bc a lots of people and other agencies had spoke of this place not to highly tho but still it is very close to my home. Know have to hustle another place to go and deal with GREIF Guilt, Shame, Resentment n everyone's favorite Self Forgiveness.
