Absolutely worst possible customer service ever. Our child had open heart surgery at 4 days old and has needed medical feeding supplies and every month it has been an absolute nightmare to get them to return calls and refill supplies. This company hands down should be charged with child medical neglect for their failure to provide for basic feeding needs of their clients. Never in a million years would I wish the experience of having to deal with this company on anyone.
