Very pleased with my Solar panel installation through Option One Solar. They took care of all permits and licenses for the panels done 2 years ago and this summer the Tesla power wall. No issues to date and I am very confident of my system.

Excellent quality of work, professionalism, and communication. I got three estimates for a solar + battery system, and Option One was in the middle in terms of price, but they were ahead of the other two in terms of no-nonsense, no-pressure, clear communication. Best customer service i've had. I have issues with Titanium and Enphase not helping with my solar panels being out for 3 months and they wouldn't help over the phone at all. I called Option One Solar and spoke with a tech named Ivan. He told me it would be near 400$ to come out but told me he could probably walk me through on how to do a full reset of the system. After 20mins of being on the phone my solar panels are now all generating and I didnt have to spend a dime. I'll definitely be using them for all my solar services ... read more
