Very unprofessional company! They overpromise and way under deliver! They have no communication! They do not return calls, emails or text messages after installation has been completed. Natasha Phillips was the project coordinator. She is horrible! No customer service, no communication, and does not respond, especially after the job is done. They failed to pass the 1st city inspection, so they had to do it a 2nd time. Their employees do not know what they are doing. OptionOneSolar saved my system. The Solar Edge inverter failed and was not working for one year. I contacted OptionOne and they pre-coordinated a new Solar Edge inverter for a single step validation and collaborated the failure and approval of installation. They perfectly mounted the new inverter and ensured solar production. I highly recommend this solar company based on coordination, customer concern and support. They very very quick to get my system back to proper form! I am very appreciative of the response and rescue!

I used Option One Solar for multiple houses for replacing my Solar Edge Inverters. What impressed me about them was the excellent communication I was receiving with the whole process and the speed that they were able to fit me in their schedule. They were able to replace my Solar Edge Inverter literally the next day after I called and bring me back online in the middle of summer where I have to keep the ACs constantly on. James did an incredible job diagnosing the issue and providing the fix on the spot.
