Best customer service i've had. I have issues with Titanium and Enphase not helping with my solar panels being out for 3 months and they wouldn't help over the phone at all. I called Option One Solar and spoke with a tech named Ivan. He told me it would be near 400$ to come out but told me he could probably walk me through on how to do a full reset of the system. We had option One Solar install 29 rooftop panels and two Tesla wall batteries about 2 1/2 years ago. Service at that time was exceptional and any assistance we needed following installation was remedied within a day. Now 2 1/2 years later, I got a call that something wasn’t quite right with our system based on continuous monitoring feedback by the company. I could not have been more pleased with the solar setup and service that I received. My sales person took the time to understand my needs and was there to answer all the questions that I had; and I had a lot because I was new to this experience. Option One was great to work with from start to finish. They responded promptly to my request for a proposal and estimate. They were patient in working with me to answer questions and revise the proposed installation based on our needs and constraints. Their installers showed up on time and seemed highly competent. And our construction supervisor explained to us every step of the process for getting Southern California Edison to approve the installation and issue the permission to operate.
