Service was amazing and super quick got me fully installed in 17 days. Will not try to oversell you or let you buy something you don’t need. I was determined on having two batteries and Ashton reassured me that one would be sufficient for me and saved me the money instead of just selling it to me anyways install team was amazing as well great service and I would 100% recommend them!

I don’t think you could ask for a better experience. It took only 2 weeks from my first call to Option One to install completed. Then I received my permission to export less than a week later. The team at Option One is a great group from sales through the construction. Natasha is a permits master and gets things done extremely fast. My experience with Option One was amazing. I had solar installed by another local company last year. The experience was night and day different. The process start to finish with Option One was cut in half compared to the other company. My system has had no issues (1 month in), and I can’t say that about the other company which was like pulling teeth to get them out there ever after showing my settings in the app. Long story short, Option One has a customer for life in me.
