We had a new leak detection system installed as well as some other system updates. The service overall was excellent: professional, knowledgeable and personable. Ben, who performed the installation, and Steven, who performed the initial inspection and provided a quote, were both terrific and easy to work with. 5 out of 5.

I discovered a sewer pipe leak. Element sent someone right over. They replaced the leaking pipe and many other of the 40+ year old pipes in my crawl space. It took 2 days. They ended earlier than they estimated and offered me a refund. Who does that? I heartily recommend them.
